MG Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is a leading DAVP empanelled government advertising and media agency. Operating from the Badli Industrial Area in New Delhi, they required a headquarters that reflected their dynamic, 360-degree approach to brand communication.
Spanning 40,000 square feet across four expansive floors (10,000 sq ft each), this end-to-end architectural and interior project by FD Design balances high-energy creative zones with refined, authoritative executive spaces. The design aligns operational function and architectural quality to perform for the business within it.

A space designed for high-stakes pitches and strategic alignment. The conference room commands a distinct visual language, featuring optimized lighting, integrated acoustics, and premium textures to facilitate seamless presentations for major government and corporate clientele.

Across the four levels, individual cabins are designed to balance privacy with transparency. Warm wood tones, sleek modern lines, and optimized natural light create focused environments tailored for the agency's department leads.
The principal suite is the architectural climax of the office. It functions as a private command center while seamlessly integrating an intimate meeting lounge for VIP interactions.
Every element in the executive suite, from the custom millwork to the plush seating arrangements, was carefully selected to convey authority, refined taste, and enduring quality.
