Life at FD Design
A studio where depth is the standard
FD Design is not a large firm where you disappear into a department. It is a mid-sized practice with a tight, experienced team — where each person carries genuine responsibility and each project reflects the full capability of whoever touches it. The studio is based in Naraina Vihar, New Delhi. Projects take us across the city, to sites around North India, and occasionally further. The work is demanding and the environment is direct.

A simple process

Send us a note
Not a formatted CV. Tell us who you are, what you have worked on, and why FD Design. A short paragraph is enough to start.

Portfolio review
For design and site roles, we will review your portfolio or work samples. We are looking for quality and intention — not quantity.

Conversation
A direct conversation, usually with one of the principal architects. We discuss the role, your background, and whether there is a genuine fit.

Brief assignment
For most roles, a short practical task — relevant to what you would actually be doing. It helps us understand how you think, not just what you have done.

Final discussion
Terms, timeline, and expectations — discussed openly. We respond to every serious application within 48 hours.
