A graduate of the School of Planning and Architecture, Raghu Sharma is the Co-Founder of FD Design, a multidisciplinary practice established in New Delhi in the year 2000 along with Architect Vaishali Sharma.

Over the last twenty-five years, his professional journey has extended across architecture, planning, hospitality environments, institutional developments, redevelopment situations, and large private projects across North India.

Alongside design practice, his long-term engagement with landowners, industrial families, developers, consultants, and execution ecosystems has gradually evolved into broader participation in discussions involving land potential, hospitality positioning, redevelopment possibilities, and long-term asset utilisation.

Having worked closely across varied project environments for more than two decades, Raghu Sharma brings a practical understanding of the relationship between land realities, project ambition, execution constraints, stakeholder behaviour, and long-term usability of built assets.

His approach is shaped less by theoretical positioning and more by sustained on-ground exposure to the practical dynamics of execution environments and integrated planning ecosystems.

His current areas of engagement and strategic interest include hospitality-led developments, mixed-use environments, redevelopment opportunities, township revitalisation, land repositioning, phased development approaches, and broader discussions surrounding integrated planning and long-term asset environments.

Rather than functioning solely as a conventional architectural consultant, his role increasingly involves participation in early-stage strategic discussions where planning intelligence, execution realism, stakeholder coordination, and long-term thinking converge meaningfully.

FD Design continues to operate with a strong emphasis on contextual planning, practical execution understanding, long-term relationships, and integrated thinking across architecture and development environments.
